VoiceLedger does not collect, upload, or share any user data. All your data is stored locally on your device only.

VoiceLedger is an iOS expense tracking app developed by Nancy. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

VoiceLedger does not collect any personal data. Specifically:
- No personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- No location data
- No device identifiers or usage analytics
- No analytics tools or tracking SDKs

3. Data Storage
All data you enter in the app (transactions, categories, budgets, etc.) is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
- No data is uploaded to any server
- No data is shared with any third party
- Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all local data
4. Device Permissions
VoiceLedger requests the following device permissions, used solely for core functionality:
- Microphone — Used for voice-based expense entry. Audio is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded to any server.
- Speech Recognition — Uses Apple's Speech framework to convert voice to text for automatic amount and category detection. Speech recognition is provided by Apple's system framework and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Notifications — Used to send local budget reminder notifications. Notifications are triggered entirely on-device and do not involve any remote push server.
5. Third-Party Services
VoiceLedger does not use any third-party services. The app does not include:
- Third-party analytics SDKs (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel)
- Third-party advertising SDKs
- Social login or sharing SDKs
- Crash reporting tools
6. Children's Privacy
VoiceLedger is not designed for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
